CRAIG WARD has over 20 years experience in vending, having been a Sales Executive, Regional Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager before becoming Sales Director of Tasteful Vending. He has run many vending seminars, written vending sales training manuals, this ABC Guide, and has also given his opinion on vending matters on BBC Radio 5.
