Whatever it is you are buying, it’s difficult unless you know something about what it is you want to buy! Vending can appear to be particularly difficult. There are so many different types of systems, different options, different types of contracts…but which is the best for you? I’ve heard buying vending described as a “minefield” and I suppose in some ways, that would be an accurate description.

There does appear to be an awful lot to learn, and vending salespeople will all do their best to convince you that their system is the right one for you, and all of them will have strong, positive arguments. As the vast majority of people buying vending are not vending experts, many make the mistake of buying from the most plausible salesperson and decide without fully understanding the implications of their decision.

This site has been designed to clear away some of the mystique surrounding vending. It is NOT designed to tell you what to do, or point you towards one machine, or one company or another. No, I’m going to simply give impartial, independent advice. I’ll explain the jargon, the different types of machines, taking time to advise you on the plusses and minuses of each system, so that by the time you’ve finished reading, you’ll hopefully have a much better idea of what it is you need.
